The Durkin Family have been in business at the present location since April 1st 1976, initially as a Café/Restaurant (The Top Spot). The Bar and Function Room were added in 1979 opening their doors on September 13th as Durkins Bar & Restaurant. Our Bedrooms were added in 2000 (opening June 2nd) and added to in 2007.
Durkins comprises separate Bar & Lounge, private Dining Room (seating 60 people), 2 private Function Rooms and 23 ensuite Bedrooms (15 Standard and 8 Deluxe) with a private car park at the rear.WiFi is available throughout the building.- Bed & Breakfast offers are available throughout the year.
– The premises is Disabled friendly with a lift to the upper floors
– An extensive bar menu is available every day from 10am to 9pm with the dining room open from 12 noon to 2.30pm and from 6pm to 9pm
– All family occasions and gatherings are catered for – birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, christening etc.
We now also offer a mobile catering service with an extensive menu to suit all tastes and budgets
