New CEO for County Roscommon
It’s been revealed that the new Chief Executive Officer of Roscommon County Council is likely to be Eugene Cummins, who is the current CEO of Monaghan County Council.
The recommendation from the Public Appointments Service will be subject to approval by the elected members of Roscommon County Council.
Mr Cummins had been in the position in Monaghan for just over a year.
In May, Roscommon’s Acting County Manager Tommy Ryan was approved as Cavan’s new Chief Executive.
